Work flow of the equipment:
(1) Flexible vibrating plate feeding –>CCD1 identifies top/bottom side position and component coordinates –>Nozzles picking
–>Testing (optional) –>CCD2 Identify bottom position and some defects (NG will reject) –>Place to JEDEC tray or tape sealing
(2) Reel feeder feeding Nozzles picking–> Testing (optional) –>CCD2 identifying bottom position and some defects (NG will reject)–>Place to JEDEC tray or tape sealing
(3) JEDEC Tray feeding –> Nozzles picking –> Testing (optional) –> CCD2 identifying bottom position and some defects (NG will reject) –> Place to tape sealing
